Payment is made upon arrival at your destination.

A. The flat rate covers one final destination. If your group needs to make additional stops (e.g., dropping 3 people at Hotel A, 2 at a Department Store, and 1 at Hotel B), an extra charge will apply per stop.

If you are delayed further (e.g., immigration issues) beyond 1 hour, an extra fee of 15,000 KRW per 30 mins will apply.

Q. How can I identify a legal and safe taxi service in Seoul?

A. Always look for yellow license plates. In South Korea, only yellow license plates are for legal commercial use with full insurance coverage.
White, blue, or green plates are for private vehicles and illegal for taxi services with no protection in case of an accident.
